Frequently Asked Questions
Orders
Can I request more photos?
Why do prices vary by size?
Resale pricing follows market demand, and some sizes are rarer or more sought after than others. That is why a pair can show a price range and a different price per size.
Will you restock a sold out pair?
Most pairs are one-off buys, so restocks are never guaranteed. Check back often, follow along on Whatnot, or DM us on Instagram to ask whether a size is coming.
What if I am unsure about sizing?
Different silhouettes fit differently. See the size guide, or DM us on Instagram before ordering.
Do you buy or trade sneakers?
Use the Sell or Trade page to send us your pair details.
Shipping
How fast do orders ship?
Orders ship in 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday. Weekend orders go out the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days after your order ships.
My order says delivered but I cannot find it.
Check with your local carrier first, since packages sometimes end up with a neighbor or a different mailbox. If you still cannot find it, DM us on Instagram with your order number.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
Not at checkout. DM us on Instagram if you need a pair fast.
Condition
What do the condition labels mean?
New: brand new, never worn. VNDS: worn very lightly at most. Pass As New: worn but shows like new. Pre-Owned: worn, see photos and notes. View the condition guide.
What do the box notes mean?
Box notes are shown on each listing. See the Original Box, Rep Box, No Box, Special Box and No Label definitions.
Authenticity
Are all pairs authentic?
Every pair is 100% authentic.
How do you check pairs?
Every pair is checked by hand by the seller before it is listed. See how pairs are checked.
Returns
Can I return a pair?
All sales are final. Read the final sale policy.
I received the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
