My order says delivered but I cannot find it. What should I do?

Check with your local carrier first, since packages sometimes end up with a neighbor or a different mailbox. If you still cannot find it, DM @soleswappin on Instagram with your order number and we will help.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

Overnight shipping is not offered at checkout. If you need a pair fast, DM us on Instagram.

Before you order
